The art history usually refers to the history of the visual arts, such as Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. The term art history comprehends theory of the visual arts, though not the performing arts or literary arts. The art history infuses an objective survey of art throughout human history, by classifying cultures and periods.
The ground of art history was developed in the West that dealt solely with Western art history. Gradually, with the onset of Modernism, a wider vision of history has developed.
The study of the art history is a relatively recent phenomenon that prior to the Renaissance.
There are different ways drafting art history. It can be based on time, place and culture. The possible classifications are discussed below:

As during a regular mani or pedi, the nail technician begins by tidying up and moisturising the cuticle area, gently pushing back any tissue covering the base of the nail. They will then file nails into shape, before applying a base coat to protect their surface and to help the polish last longer. Varnish (painted or sprayed on in a fine mist using a special airbrush art gun) or Minx is followed by the careful application of any additional elements such as diamante stones or decorative transfers (fixed using a dab of special nail glue or a small drop of varnish), before a hardwearing topcoat is used to seal in all the eye-catching extras.

This stereoscopic nail art found currency in the mid 90s in Japan. Hence we see this is not part of the ancient art legacy of Japan. This is something that raises even more eyebrows. In this day and age of computers one can’t even type on a keyboard wearing two inch nail extensions. But as is the psychology of the world today, give them something out of the norm and they are bound to adopt it as fashion. Japanese nail art now flourishes not only in Japan but in the US as well as other countries of the world.

One of these fields in which the Japanese have exercised their creative muscle is that of nail art. This is a highly impractical medium of art especially for those people who have to work with their hands as it involves wearing nail extensions of up to 2 inches. Nonetheless the Japanese have used this small platform to exercise their creativity and develop intricate designs for people to display on their nails.
